When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders daily. Please allow 1-6 business days for your order to ship. This timeframe depends on if any items need to be ordered.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.50 per order whether you order 1 or 50 items.
What to do when my order is delayed?
Unfortunately we cannot promise delivery dates when shipping delays occur. Once your package has been shipped and out of our hands, we can only see the shipping information you see from your tracking number. We suggest reaching out to your local post office to see if there's anything they can do for you.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you have an issue with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Are you located in a physical store?
We do have a shop we work out of, but it is only available to the public certain days throughout the year when we have seasonal events. If you need to stop by and shop for a special occasion feel free to email or message us on any of our socials.
